Lucha Libre is one of Mexico’s most iconic forms of entertainment. Here’s what you need to know:
👉🏻 Each match features masked wrestlers (“luchadores”) who are either the rudos (villains) or técnicos (heroes).
👉🏻 Yes, the matches are choreographed, but are also incredibly athletic, with flips, throws, punches and jumps from the ring.
👉🏻 In Mexico City, the best place to experience Lucha Libre is Arena México, known as “the Cathedral of Lucha Libre.” Shows happen weekly—Tuesdays, Fridays, and family-friendly Sundays at 5pm.
👉🏻 Tickets are cheapest through Ticketmaster Mexico ( I paid $62 USD for 4 tickets). If you’re traveling solo or would like to go with a group, Viator has great options.
I went back and forth whether we we should go or not, but in the end, I’m glad we did. It’s such a quintessential part of Mexican culture.
Pro tip: Buy a mask. I was resistant, buy it made it the experience way more fun for the them. The streets are lined with vendors, and you should be able to get one for $10.
Whether you’re traveling with kids or just want to experience pure Mexican pop culture magic, Lucha Libre is an absolute must.
Have you been to a Lucha Libre (Mexican wrestling) match? What did you think?

I forgot to mention the $20 I won in Vegas 🎰
I didn’t let a surprise $700 in car repair ruin my mood, nor did I dip into savings to pay for it. Instead I patiently waited for the money to show up in surprising ways. The most surprising was $60 for an item I had listed on Facebook Marketplace of a year. A YEAR! I don’t even know how many times I renewed that listing 😆
Changing how I talked about money changed everything for me. I stopped saying “I don’t have money” (even though I, in fact, didn’t have money) and instead said “Money is always coming my way.” I went from long-term unemployed with a drained bank account to working full time with a replenished savings account.
Are you ready to reset your relationship with money and start attracting more of it with ease? Comment GUIDE and send you the steps I used to embrace an abundant mindset. It’s only $7 includes both manifesty stuff and practical tips. You got this! ✨

There’s a better way to marinate food, and it saves you time, money, and it doesn’t end up in the landfill.
Plastic bags might seem convenient, but every time you use them, microplastics end up in your food, and body.
Most people already eat a credit card’s worth of plastic every week. What?!? No thanks. I can’t get rid of all plastic in my life, but I can eliminate a lot by changing my habits.
Instead of reaching for a plastic bag to marinate meat, grab a glass, metal or ceramic bowl for your meal prep. It’s reusable, toxin-free and saves you money because you’re not constantly buying bags that you use once then throw in the trash.
Small swaps make a big difference — for your health, your wallet and the planet.
Comment SWAPS and I’ll send you my Easy Kitchen Swaps List for more ways to ditch plastic for good.
